About the circle
Diplomacy is a practised skill, not an inherited one. We exist so that a delegate's first committee session is never their first time reading a resolution, holding the floor, or being told they are out of order.
Our training sessions are for school students, and no conference experience is expected.
We keep the work deliberately unglamorous. Delegates learn to cite a source properly, to write an operative clause that would survive a vote, and to yield the floor gracefully. The training is the point.

The curriculum
What a delegate actually learns
- 01Research
Reading a country into being: its votes, its treaties, its constraints. Delegates learn to work from primary sources and to cite them.
- 02Procedure
Motions, points, yields, and the difference between a moderated and unmoderated caucus — drilled until the rules stop being an obstacle.
- 03Negotiation
Building a bloc, conceding the right clause, and holding a red line — the part a rulebook doesn't teach.
- 04Conference
Putting it together under committee conditions: holding the floor, drafting with a bloc, and debriefing what actually happened.
